Welcome! by booking a service, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a training course with facialsbydiana, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1) Appointments & Booking
-All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system
-A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment
-Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10. Minutes late may need to reschedule and deposit will be forfeited
2) Cancellations & No shows
-We require 24 hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling
-Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
-NO SHOWS will be charged the full price amount or result in loss of deposit
3)Payment
-Payment is due at the time of service
-We accept Zelle, cashapp, Venmo
4) Services Disclaimer
-Individual results may vary
-Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to treatment
-We reserve the right to refuse service if it may pose a risk to your health or safety
Services: All services sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a service has been performed. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Products: Due to health and safety regulations, all skin care product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a product has been purchased. Please double check your order before completing your purchase.
